What are the sideeffects of using a aftermarket carb rebuild kit cause the genuine ones are a little more expensive. Ive used genuine all along and wondering what the side effects are of using after market.

The side effects are they do not work, period. The materials and/or tolerances are wrong so they either supply too much fuel or not enough.
Stop being cheap, the aftermarket kits will cost you more since you buy them, throw them in the trash after your ski never runs correctly then buy Genuine Mikuni parts anyways.
