Carb Rebuild Questions

I have a 1997 Sea-Doo GTX with the 2 stroke Rotax engine. Last time I had it out it started bogging down and got to the point it was only going 10 MPH at full throttle and was only up to about 5K RPM. It felt as if it was not getting enough fuel. I started to do a rebuild to the carbs but have come across a couple questions.

On the pump side it says to replace these little plastic see through type gaskets. In this video it says the darker side of the blue line on the plastic piece should face up towards you. Problem is I cannot tell what side is darker. Does it really even matter? The piece looks and feels the same on both sides.

The other is what should the pop off pressure be for each carb? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

What Miki said.....the plastic valves have a line on them, put a little carb cleaner on a swab and see which side the line comes off, the carb cleaner will wipe the line away. The plastic valves have a curve (very slight) so it DOES matter which way they go on.....follow the CARB sticky post, it's all in there...MIKI shows it all and explains everything.
