Title. Was it ever possible to get a 60hp model with iBR? Is it possible to add iBR? I'm basically looking to get the cheapest ski I can that will support a VTS.
Can you get a 60hp 2up with iBR?

The IBR system is pricy to buy, and then you'd have to put it on. When I bought mine I asked the same question because I was planning on just adding a vtech tune anyway eventually. I was told by the dealer that only the HO is available with IBR. You'd be better off finding someone that is trying to sell a gently used 90hp IBR. The used ones are becoming more common with people getting into the sport and upgrading to a larger 3 seater GTI or something
