Can someone tell me if these washers are ceramic??

I am having a heck of a time. Any suggestions??

I know nothing about these - but I will assume ceramic will not be magnetic and steel will be - got a small screwdriver with a magnet built in?

Yes, they look to be ceramic. You can scratch the edge with a screwdriver to see if it feels like ceramic instead of metal. Or, just take it apart and it will be obvious.
