?? Can i replace engine without removing pump????

I have a 97 speedster, i am replacing one of the engines today and tomarrow. Can i just replace the engine without having to pull the pump and all that stuff??? Is it possible? Please help. i am using the same motor bracket and all that.

You will have to remove the pump to use the engine alignment tool when you reinstall the engine.
