Can’t download a manual

I have been a premium member for a couple of years and cannot download a Shop Manual for a!997 Sea-Doo Speedster. When I go to the manual section and click on the Speedster manual I’m asked for my password. I enter my Forum password and each time I’m told that’s an incorrect password. Does anyone know what I’m doing wrong?
