Hey everyone, 98 speedster twinn 800's passanger motor the resignators are just melted, im in the garage now trying to adapt new hoses to fit over the part thats melted, I could easily run a hose to the exhaust out the back but im affraid it will get that plastic piece that runs out to the exterior will melt too.. Any1 else have melted resignators?? Also 1 more question, Fuel guage doesnt work i looked on the forums here and i seen a few guys cut a hole in the baffle and replace a fuse inside the actual sending unit.. I called the dealer and they said no way there's no fuse in there, Replace the sending unit?!

of course, they'll say, buy new send'n unit.

Have the 99' Speedster, got a exhaust hose, lay'n on top of the waterbox. Somewhat soft under it, but yet, no hole..."knok on wood". Did have to, goober up the protruding exhaust flange out back, since it took on water there, now no prob.
