Broken bolt!

I HAVE TWO BROKEN BOLTS OUT OF FOUR ON ON MY TUNED PIPE ASSY. STARTED THE YR. WITH ONE NOW HAVE ANOTHER ONE ON THE SAME ENGINE SAME SIDE. MY QUESTION IS DO THESE BOLTS USUALLY EXTRACT FAIRLY WELL OR WILL I CAUSE MORE PROBLEMS. THANKS. JIM:ack:

Take ur time drilling the pilot hole and heat the hell out of them with a torch Should come out fine

Thanks for the info. I am noticing in the parts list one is a bolt and the other broken one is a stud.

Had four broken on my boat when I bought it, came out fine, just take your time. Worst part was dealer had no bolts and wanted a week to get them in, Fastenal had them in stock.

Make sure when you put it all back together use anti-sieze, Its messy, expensive, but you will never have the issue again. A little goes a long way. I use it on everthing and I have 86 ford pickup i can still crawl under it and un-bolt anything. When I did the first clutch in 92 I had to cut most of the bolts.
Canadian winters high humidity are a killers.

Thanks for the additional info. I did not check the site yesterday. I did order parts from this site. A bit expensive but knowing they are the correct parts is huge. When I replace the stud bolt how do I screw it in. Probably a stupid question.?
