where can i get a bow filler cushion? does anyone have one for sale or do i have to make one custom fit? i think it would be great for the wife and/ or kids.

You will have to find a used one, since they stopped making them a long time ago.

Now... if the one you need it the bottom... you can make it out of marine plywood, cut to shape. Then coat it in polyester resin to keep the water from killing it... add some foam... and then cover it as normal. I had to make the one for my Sportster, and unless I told you it wasn't factory... you wouldn't know.

Do you mean a cusion to fit in the center isle part of the bow (where your legs would normally go if you were sitting)??
I just redid my interior and was thinking about doing the same thing. It seems that it would make a great lil bed for the kids to play on or the wife to tan while anchored or at the sandbar.
I was planning on just some marine plywood cut to fit on the edge of the factory seat just under the cusion. Then a light coat of resin, a foam cusion same height as the surroundng seats and cover in your choice of marine grade vinyl. Much like what Dr. Honda had mentioned.
Good luck and post some pics if you get it finished.

yes , i had the same idea as you . i would like to fill the floor space in the bow with a removable cushion, it would be great for when cruising around with the family. thanx for the tips and i will post pics when i finish but i can't promise how long it will take.

I bought mine last year from a dealer or you can find them on ebay, you can call around, maybe seadoo has a nation wide parts database...
