I had some mildew on the back of my mirrors from the way the previous owner stored the ski. I couldnt get it off with any cleaner so I cleaned it off with my power washer. While I was very careful not to hit the gelcoat, i did hit the plastic on the front compartment and knocked off some of the decal letters, so now it says "Bombar r". I found the letters in the grass but didn't know what kind of adhesive I could use to put them back on. I was afraid some adhesives would "melt" or cause the letters to curl up. I checked in the parts section to just buy new decals but they are no longer available for my '97 ski. Any ideas on adhesives to use? Thanks.

make sure decal is clean and dry and clean both areas of contact with alcohol prior to apllying glue.

in other words
>clean decal and area to be aplied
>then wipe with alcohol let dry
>then apply glue to decal (you can put decals on a cardboard to protect area from overspray, than spray decals liberally enough to make sure it all has glue, but not too much where it will be to "gooy" )
>let decal dry with glue for 15-20 seconds then apply and keep pressure if possible.
you should be good with this

if not try your local graphics shop , most of these shops can make almost exact replicas of everything or maybe time for a custom one!

good luck!
