Ive got a 99 Speedster and it has a monster tower on it. For now i just have a universal car cover and a tarp on it but id like to get a nice one like a poppy but don't know what to do about the tower being in the way?

With the tower... all you can do is, to have a custom cover made with snaps. (Like a morning cover) I have seen a few custom covers that have an open section, that will Velcro closed, and that allows you to close the cover around the tower. Regardless... it's not going to be a "Towable" cover.

Poppy covers have a large ratchet strap in the edge, and that allows you to pull it tight. But... that strap can't be there since you would need holes.

That's what I was afraid of. I basically just need a trailerable cover since it'll be under a car port this winter. I can fold the tower down if the could help too? Thanks for your replies!

Buy a factory or poppy cover and have it modified to work with the tower or a complete custom cover, neither is cheap, but modifying a factory or poppy is probably cheaper. I towed with my cover all the time..

Terri at poppy will only be able to sell you a "Stock" cover. You would then have to take it to a local shop to have it modified.

If you get a poppy... all you could do is cut a huge hole in the center, and pull i over the tower. They can't put a "Clip" in the strap, since it's a very tight ratchet strap.

Like I was saying above... you will be better off to find a local shop that can make a custom cover.
