Sorry I posted this first under the PWC forum. Not sure how to delete it.....If there's anyone on here that can help with my problem, I'd be extremely grateful. Trying to avoid dropping it off at a seadoo dealer, hoping they can find out what's wrong....I own a "05 Seadoo 180 Challenger. Recently put a new stereo and speakers in the boat. With the new speakers installed, old head unit still in, everything worked great. No problems. Replaced the head unit to a SOny marine stereo. I'm blowing a couple fuses now. The accessories fuse and a fuse coming off the battery blow. Sometimes as soon as I turn the battery switch on. Some times after a minute of the radio on, the fuses will blow. Here's the baffler...the Radio fuse is not blowing. I called the local Seadoo Dealer to find out what wiring is on the accessories fuse, no luck. Just said I have a bad ground some where. Bring it in, for $95 an hour. If anyone has some suggestions for me to look at, I'd appreciate it. I'm not a professional electrician but I know basic principles. Thanks for your time.
