HI,
Getting a 4-Tec and we go to the Colorado river to camp. I currently have a GS that a bag anchor works well with but at night I still put a line to the shore. With the heavier GTX, I'm thinking a different, heavier anchor would be best. Any recommendations?
Thanks,
Chuck

I love my bag anchor, other than the time it takes to fill it. It's better than the small pronged anchors I feel. The only thing I would feel would hold better really would be getting to a bigger boat anchor and who want to drive around with one of those on their PWC. Others may have better ideas though.

A 25-30 lb mushroom anchor works well on our RXPX in the sandy lake bottom with strong boat wakes all day.
