Baffle letting water into floor of Speedster?? HELP

I have a '98 Seadoo speedster. when i stop or slow down a lot of water comes into the floor of the boat. i believe this is from a small rubber baffle that is visible from the back of the boat. water should beable to run out of the boat from the floor but not from the lake into the floor. the rubber flap is sort of star shaped and mine is ripped. can someone please confirm this is what the problem is? also i cannot find one anywhere because i do not know what it is actually called. any help would be great thanks.

I'm of no help except you might have better luck in the boat section, as there are more people over there that have those boats.
