Took out the '92 seadoo for the first time and after a 30 minute ride, it would stall randomly. It would start back up after a few cranks. It did it 3 times, so I went back to the ramp. It idled back perfectly fine. Took the plugs out at home and found a c
arbon baked on the spark plug on the PTO side. (I rebuilt that cylinder). The MAG side is running rich too, but not as bad. What seems to be the problem? They were new spark plugs. I just realized I didn't check the gap but they currently are 0.028. Was that my problem and what carb adjustments can I do

I am obviously the better photographer. Ha ha. This is my GTX but I'm running 32 to 1 mix. I am going to do some carb checking. All of them I have rebuilt with the good stuff. I am also wondering about the quality of the oil I am using. I run premix. Currently the Mystic Synthetic from Academy There may well be a reason it is much cheaper than the other stuff. :) Both of these plugs may not have come from the same engine but I fouled plugs on two out of 3 skis this weekend. :D .... I will be following this thread as well. Good Luck !!
