...first time in almost two years.

I installed the rad4racing torque plate last week....was woried about the added length of j-pipe in my oem water box. So, I pulled it and shortened it an inch. Now....I ran it last week and only saw 7900 or so with brief flashes of 8000. Did have lousy weather...t-storms, wind ect, very choppy conditions.

Okay...in optimal conditions used to run 7950 in the heat. With low fuel I'd get a top speed of 72.7 @ 8050. Today...woohoo...in light chop-ripples full tank of gas....E86, L69...steadily pulled up and topped out at 71.7 @ 8100 before I ran outa water....experienced my first real cavitation outa the hole.

Not too shabby If I do say so myself.

I'll leave things as they are till next week...expecting warmer weather so will see if I'm still on the limiter or not....will decide then to re-try my 15/20....or not.

I was out this past weekend. Air temp was 55 and water was 59. It hauled ass but it was too cold to stay wide open for extended periods of time.

I got out last sat...windy all day and I was carrying a passenger all day as well. So....no new numbers. when I could open it up I was still at 7950 with a full tank of fuel as well as a passenger.

Gonna be a coupla weeks till i get out again...prolly the poker run. will have numbers on that day for sure.
