Am I to ride with Flush Cap on?

Hi all,

New to the forums.

I've been searching this morning on whether or not the flush attachment should be capped off during riding ??

I have the original white connection with a red cap on the end. I have been riding with it on, but read some conflicting posts and am now confused.

It depends on where this flush cap is, a photo would help. My engine can be flushed from two locations one of which is on the jet pump and should be left open so cooling water can exit properly and the other is a Tee'd connector that should be left capped.
