alignment on a '99 challenger

I have a '99 Challenger with dual motors. Im getting it all ready for this summer. Last year before i put it up for winter, It would drift to the right allot. I had my stearing wheel at 10 O' clock the whole time just to get it ride in a straight line. can anyone help me with this problem???

At the steering nozzle, you'll see the cable, in which "crack" the jam nut, then undo the 10mm nut underneath, lift the fitting from the nozzle and turn it out a few turns, then jam-nut it, set it back into the nozzle, and you should be good
