Air Filter Question

I have the 2009- 230 Challenger with the two 215hp engines, I was winterizing this last weekend and noticed a little lint and fuzzys in the air filters and blow them out, they look like a K&N filter, are they to be Oiled like a K&N because they were fairly dry to the touch. Thanx
