After running will not restart

1993 GTX will not restart after it has been running for a while. Has happened the last two times I have taken it out. the first time I just thought I fouled the plugs trying to start it but now it has new plugs and still did it. It started right up and then i ran it for 15-20 mins and then when i shut it off and try to re start it only turns over. If I let it sit though it will start later. It has never done this before. Not sure where to look for the issue. Thanks in advance for your help!

is gas flooding into engine while sitting? check carbs

Chances are, the needle and seat are leaking.

Pull the carbs, and give them a good cleaning.

Also... check the compression. As the compression drops, it gets harder to start.
