Hi all,
Newby here and first post!

I was hoping I can get some help with a topic I am struggling with.
I have a 2012 GTi 155 SE. Regarding the handlebar controls, it came fitted with the RH switch pack for Mode/Set/Up/Down.
It was built with no LH switch pack: The VTS / ECO / SPORT options are adjusted through the instrument cluster using the RH switch pack.

My friend also has the same GTi model, and his is fitted with the LH switch pack with a single switch for ECO/SPORT direct control.

In order to more easily access the VTS (I do a lot of towing), I am trying to fit the LH ECO/SPORT/VTS Up/VTS Down switch pack to my GTi.
I have the original centre LCD display instrument cluster 278002498.
I have a new working (tested) LH switch pack 278002767.
I have made up a new 3 wire harness using an OEM Delphi connector and sealed terminals to connect the LH switch pack to the spare cluster inputs.
The wiring is as follows:

Cluster Pin 13 > Terminal A
Cluster Pin 14 > Terminal B
Cluster Pin 15 > Terminal C

However, when using the switch there is no response from the cluster.
I have taken it to a dealer but on testing with BUDS we could see no faults.
I can post pics if that helps.
Any ideas?
