Access along the starboard side panels on a Utopia?

I’m trying to feed cables from the helm along the starboard side panels and into the engine bay. I can get behind the helm and I can get in the bay, as well as remove the wells for the rear seats. Just can’t figure out how to get access behind those side panels where the felt storage is or where the throttle is mounted. Any ideas?

Remove the upholstered panels and cut a hole. Patch the hole when you're done.

Fish tape from where you can get to. That cup holder may be a spot you can assist in guiding the tape using a camera or mirror if needed.
