I have a '96 SP, 587 w/ single carb.
I can't get the choke cable loose from the carb. The brass looking piece on the linkage looks as if a set screw would screw into the end and pinch the cable end, but there is no set screw. The cable end still will not pull out or move at all.
Any suggestions?
Also, it has an in-line filter in the oil injection line. Does it take a "special" filter to handle the 2 cycle oil, or will a fuel filter work?
