99 spx problems

I have a 1999 SPX and am having some troubles starting it. When i start it, it turns over real quick and then stops. I can so this over and over again until eventually it will fire. Not to sure what is causing this. If i take the spark plugs out, it will constantly turn over no problem. Anyone have any opinions on what this couls be. Thanks in advance.

you got a weak battery try charging it if it dosent stop get a new one. the reason it turns over so easywith the sparkplugs out is becausethere is no compression. add compession( sparkplugs in ) dosent want to turn the starter over. hence weak battery hope this helps.
