BE VERY CAREFUL AT THIS POINT, you have an explosion/fire hazard. What likely happened is your needle is stuck open and gas flowed down the mag carb's throat and into your engine. You can maybe use those little rubber siphons they sell at harbor freight. They look like a short, fat primer bulb for outboards. Usually come with clear line. I'd avoid ANYTHING that can throw a spark. You can remove the mag carb (using hand tools) and reach the hose into the engine. You will have to turn it by hand until the RV plate moves to the open position. Once you can't get any more out, you'll have to get the rest I guess by cranking the engine over. I'd wet it down to dilute the fuel to further reduce risk of fire. Be sure to have a fire extinguisher nearby and a plan in case it does catch fire. I saw a dude on one of my fb groups who went to the hospital after checking for a spark went wrong for him.
