Help I have been trying to figure out my blogging issues on my Seadoo I checked the accelerator pump and it seems to work fine when off the Seadoo when I put it back on the spring is fully compressed and when you push the throttle it doesn’t seem to move the accelerator pump and it is touching the linkage you can see the lever and spring move but hear no pumping action or when you put your hand on the back the spring isn’t moving

Are you sure you have the throttle cable mounted correctly? Look down the throat of the carbs and verify the butterflies are closed hence the carbs are in the idle position. Working backwards installing the cables can be difficult on the 951. I reach over from the opposite side and it is easy to get confused and you can't see crap anyway. Good Luck.

Is this tiny hole on the back of the accelerator pump supposed to be their

The small brass fitting?

If so that should have a hose running up to the squirter fittings on the top of the carb.

The hole allows the diaphragm to move freely.
