99 GTX RFI will not start. Fuel pump fuse blowing

I replaced the fuel pump fuse and it will once again beep when putting the lanyard on it. But it will not start. After a while I think the fuse blew again. I am not sure because I dropped it after taking it out and it fell under the gas tank

I am guessing the fuel pump is bad? Any ideas?

It just turns over but will not start. Have not used the Sea Doo in 5 years.

Sounds like bad pump. Just to let you know this 500.00 pump is the same as a 99 Ford Explorer as are the filters on the bottom. I picked up a couple for my 99 GTX-RFI on Ebay (aprox 25.00 each). Also the charging regulator can be had for less than 50.00 Transpo part number 4229-124.
