99 GTX RFI - problem with throttle response

Hi Guys
I gave my jet to factory 'cause it has some starting problems and the idle speed falls down and it get off..the dealer cleaned some parts and this problem is fixed now ..

but now theres a new problem

when i ran the jet there's no power till it get over 4500 rpm .. the jet just drive round about 25 km/h and it take 10 seconds you get the full rated power.. this also always happens when it fall down from full speed to 4500 rpm while driving a turn etc.

I would take a look to see if the carbs are synched. If you have a manual its a pretty easy process. See if they are both lifting the same time and have the same space open on each carb when no throttle is applied. Watch the butterflies as you open the throtle slowly from closed to full open. They should track equally and be in the exact same place all the way through from closed to open. Also maybe a pop off test may be in order
