99 GTI top end rps cutting out

The issue started when you rode for about 10 mins the ski would bog down to an idle. I carried it to the shop and they cleaned the carburetor and now it cuts out at top end speed.

I've read it may be the rev limiter or the raves or the ajustment in the carburetor.

I've looked on the parts breakdown page and cannot find the raves listed.

Any suggestions?

no raves on that ski. Need to replace the grey fuel lines ,and re-go thru the carb. Also, check volts at battery while holding 5500rpm
