99 Challenger twin rotax intermitent engine shutdown

recently installed two new engines

while running at speed either engine will shut down (no specific rpm or time running before the shutdown occurs....varies).

will immediately restart and again will run for a period of time and will shut down again (could be 5 minutes running, twenty minutes running various rpm
and again either engine will shut down and again will immediately restart).

replaced the IMP with no effect, changed and or checked all grounds and kill switches.

have had three jetski mechanics look at it (trouble shoot) and it mystefies them

I have a 1998 speedster that dies like that only when im trying to dock and of course i have to quickly put in neutral pull the lanyard off put it back on get the 2 beeps restart both engines all in seconds before i crash into the dock, this happens 10 or more times before i can get it on the trailer! If it was not for this unknown problem my boat would be like new without all the dock scratches

Take an eraser and clean the post and landyard strip.

Sounds like you need to turn idles up, some.

It idles correct until i get in a touchy situation. I think it may be part of the dess??? This boat performs as new other than the stalling when switching forward and reverse during docking.
