Need some help. My xpl will not turn over. Get a slow crank when I try to turn it over (it wants to turn but wont) . At times, it won't even try to turn over, other times it will turn over.
I do not get two beeps when I attach the key, however, the bilge pump turns on and cycles. Battery is charged; I even tried to jump it....nothing.
Ideas on where to start?
