What would cause the exhaust to get so hot it melts the exhaust boots?? I did find a pebble in the water injection tube to the expansion pipe but it didn't fix my problem? Any ideas??

Its probably plugged up with more gunk if there was a pebble in it. Is water coming out the "pee hole" out the back by the tow hook when running?

The "pee-hole" is located on the side on this model and has good flow. The engine seems to run @ a good temp but the exhaust is a different story.

Blow air through the hoses one at a time. The water can come out the pee hole if it is running through the engine but not the exhaust. The water to cool the exhaust exits through a little hole towards the end of the pipe.
