...on the inside, last season. Epoxy fix (basically a union from plastic around the metal of the hinge) worked for the rest of the season. Now I am rolling to Big Bear for the holiday next weekend, boat checks out A+, but I noticed the epoxy went soft. I am considering just cutting away the old and redoing same/same - Suggestions? Your experience? Also considering a drill-through with some (say three each windshield) stainless bolts and washers, but if I crack the screens they are done.

Whaddaya think, guys?

Thanks, and lets have a great summer.

I guess this must be a really tough question...

Going with Marine JB Weld, we shall see!
Thankfully the hinges are on the inside, this won't be pretty.

speedster windshield fix

Any luck with the Speedster windshield fix?? I've got a 98 with the same problem.....thinking about drilling through the plastic windshield and SS hinge and putting a small piece of polished ss plate on the outside and bolting it through to the inside hinge.
Mine isn't broke right off yet, but I can see the small cracks starting to form on the under side of the windshield.
