98 seadoo speedster rear back seat red needed

if anyone has a rear back section red seat....i would like to buy it....
i lost mine on the highway and it got squashed! i might be able to re-upholster but i would like to keep it o.e. if possible....
any tips appreciated....

Good Luck Tony, I saw a set on ebay a few weeks ago. I would just keep an eye on there. Too many stories on here of people losing them on the highway. You would think something stronger than velcro would hold them down. That is why I only trailer it with the cover on now.

yeah, i usually have the cover on it, but for some reason i thought i could leave it off for the drive home!....so, my bad....is costing me $$$...

Keep your eye out on eBay. I lost one of mine about two months ago on the lake. I placed an ad on craigslist stating I lost it. I thought it was gone forever. Low and behold 2 weeks ago, I received an email that someone had my cushion. So I was able to get mine back.
Your best bet is eBay and craiglook. The same print is not available, and the apparent re-upholstering process is a PITA. It is a glue, heat, and stretch technique. PM me for a couple of leads I have on some replacement pieces.

I have four. 1 with no cracks, 2 with small cracks at edge, last pretty beat up. No hassle was supposed to buy, but apparantly no longer needs. Pm me if intrested.

After my repeated attempts to setup payment and shipping arrangements, I gave up. Fortunately, my cushion was found, and I'm back all original. Now you have the opportunity to offer these to another forum member in need. So now we all win.
