I always smell gas after storing. I open and vent them out before riding. After riding the fumes are minimal or gone. There are no visible leaks. I pulled the fuel tank and inspected. It looks good. I replaced all the fuel lines. Still smelling the fumes. Is this normal?

No not normal Chris. Older ski's can have fuel line problems with the rubber deteriating. Good to replace when you can.
Also check your tank breather is exiting out of the side of your ski.

ps. My ski blew up in the water due to a fuel leak. So please check it over and be safe.

I found the problem! The check valve was installed backwards. It was allowing the fumes to just leak into the hull. Problem solved.
