98 GTI pisser shooting 10ft while flushing

Ok it's not a pisser, its a Cooling System Indicator.

My 98 GTI has always had a steady flow, but the last couple of flushes it has had a pretty long discharge at idle. About 9-10ft at idle. I can't recall exactly how much was coming before but it wasn't this much for sure. Is this an indication of anything bad?

One thing i did do recently is reset the idle. It was idling at 1900, so I put it to the specification of 3000rpm out of water about 2 weeks ago. Could this the difference?

Nope, the only thing that will change the pressure of the pisser on the hose is your house water pressure. You just want the pisser to be flowing water, you don't need 100 psi going to it.
