98 gsx buzzing noise from starter relay

just bought a new relay because the other one i replaced just buzzed when i hit the start button. same thing w/ the new one. need help

check for power at starter.

check this out.....batt was reading 12 volts but had 11cca. scarp battery only 6mon old, never buy a deka again. that thru me for a loop. spread the word
