98 GTI has no water coming from pee hole

Had a 98 GTI out today for a while and noticed that there was no water coming from the rear pee hole near the tie down hook. I pulled the hose from the motor and i was able to blow through it with no problem. Should I try to blow air back towards the motor? If the line is not blocked where else should I look? What would cause no water to exit this line?

No water from spout

I have a '98 GS and she will not spout water at low RPMs. Have you leaned back and had a look while you are operating at higher speed (do this when you are sure nothing is ahead of you)?

The last time mine was blocked it was blocked right at the outlet, get a piece of stiff wire, I used #12 romex and clean out the tube. It might not fix it but it's easy to do.

One thing I like about brand "Y" you can sure tell when the water pump is working.
