Ok i made a huge newb error. While replacing all the grey tempo lines (normally i do 1 by 1) on the fuel selector valve that i am replacing i had to cut the lines because of those ridiculous hose clamps.......

Well i did not mark which line went to where long story short does anyone have a link or diagram of the fuel line routing for this ski.

I am googling and everything i have found is out of date and wont load so far.

Not sure if this will help, took a screen shot of it some time ago..

Baffle "On", Bottom Port on fuel Switch/ON.

Baffle "RES". Top Port of Fuel Switch/Reserve.

Baffle "Ven". Run hose to three-way Sprite that has two hoses to Venting Positions.

Baffle "RET". Return line connects to the Y on the PTO Carb.

I know you are asking about the selector, but thought this may help figure it out.

By baffle (sorry totally new to this) you mean the the part on the gas tank correct? since it is round is bottom the one closest to engine? and top closest to the bow?

Yes,, Baffle is at the tank.. I've not had one in my hand as of yet, but I would think that the Bottom is closest to the engine..

Many have had theirs in their hand, they may be able to clarify.

THe baffle is labeled on the side. ON, RES, RET, VENT. If you are using an OEM fuel selector they are labeled too.

I did buy an oem replacement, and it is labeled. Now if I can only see the labels on the "Baffle" getting late and rainy in NC. I'm hoping this time tomorrow, if all goes well, maybe I will have this beast in the water. Still shocking to me a routing diagram doesn't seem to exist somewhere on the interwebs...
