97 Seadoo GTI starts but won't run. New battery, starter, solenoid and plugs.

I have a 97 Seadoo GTI. Had it at the lake and it was running fine. Suddenly stopped while running across the lake. Took off the cover to the black box where the solenoid is and it was full of water. Soaked up the water, dried it out but then it wouldn't start. Replaced the starter, then the solenoid, then new plugs. It will start but won't run. Seems like it's not getting enough gas. Any ideas?

Start with the basics

1. Do a compression test. Confirms motor healthy.
2. Does your ski have grey fuel lines? If yes, they need to be changed and carburetors taken off and throughly gone through.
Pm DrHonda if you need someone do them for you.
3. If your getting the two beeps that means your MPEM is good and has to be one or two then usually.

I will check the MPEM. I know the motor is good because we just had the dealer check the system about a month ago. I will go throught the carburetor and check it also.
