Well it depends on what you’re looking for... If you want a ski to ride, skip this one. A good running ski is less expensive than buying a non running ski and fixing it 90% of the time... On the other hand, if you enjoy a good project, it’s absolutely worth restoring if you can buy it cheap enough and have some mechanical ability. Just always plan on having to replace at least a motor when you buy a non-runner. That way if you find a simple fix or can save the parts that are in it, you’ll already be ahead...
As for the no spark situation, there are several different causes, but I don’t ever trust a diagnosis from someone selling a ski. If they knew what was really going on, they’d fix it and sell it as a running ski... You’ll have to start at the beginning with a compression test, and then move on from there if the numbers are good.
