97 gtx wont start

i have a 1997 gtx 787... i was out last summer and exghust tube came off ski took on alot of water... drained water got ski started again.. winterized it now it wont start had battery on trickel charge over the winter... motor turns over but wont start after several tries it backfires pulled pluges getting spark dont know if spark is strong or not any ideas

carb related. The needle inside is/are stuck. Time to gothru them and replace the grey fuel lines.

U don't think its elec prob. Is there any way I can test spark current before I replace fuel line what about starting fluid???????

pull sparkplug, lay it up on head, and hit start button. If spark, then it aint sparky problem.

sparks' spark, bud....clip the plug wires.
