RESTO 97 gtx seadoo problem

If know please help.. .
1.I've taken carbs off cleaned boiled and blew all lines out.
2.new spark plugs.
3. Took pump off checked its fine put back on.
3.gas 93 octaine, stabyl, heat, and octaine booster,
She runs great on land, put her in water she will not rev up past 2 grand. Wants to die sputters. Weird!!!

Do a compression test and post the numbers.

Also, if you have Grey Tempo fuel lines, blowing through them and or cleaning them is NOT a solution. They MUST be replaced. The fuel selector must be cleaned or replaced, carbs, jets and internal filters MUST be cleaned.

If not, you will never get it right. And, as an added bonus, your engine will run lean and destroy itself.

I have plenty of hose so can replace lines. Also how I cleaned the carbs is with a sonic vibrating boiler. also did the oiler jets thinking that mite not get enouph 2 cycl. She runs and revs good. Till under load in water.
