I had a Hi temp shut down. I waited a few minutes and started it. But I noticed the little stream that shots out the back is not shooting out. Took the lines off and tried to blow air with my lungs. It wouldn't blow through from head back to pump. Should I be able to blow air through the line. Then I took the pressure relief valve cover off and the spring was broke. I also started the motor for a few seconds with the supply line off and water flow was very slow. No way it could push enough water to keep it cool.

You definitely have a blockage some where. Try removing the elbows and cooling lines to check for a blockage. Don't mix up the elbows as different ones go in different places for flow control. If all the lies are clear then it must be the cylinder, cylinder heads have a blockage, from corrosion.

The motor is new from SBT. Water flows through the motor and the water shoots out the exhaust line when hooked up to the hose. What elbows are you talking about? How do I check the pump it's self at the impeller?
