97 GTS won't start - new battery, no sound

I have a 97 GTS with a new battery but once the lanyard is connected, it will not even attempt to turn over - no clicks, no starter engagement. The manual talks of a 5A fuse blown - where is it that I can check?:ack:

open the black ebox and check in there, also, where the red cables attach to, theres a 15amp there, also.

There is a gray box that the battery cables go into - I'll check that one. Where is the black one? DSA
