New to this forum. So thanks in advance for your help. Motor will not rev up in the water, does just fine on the trailer. some Back ground to what happened. the seadoo was in the water this weekend and ran just fine for about 1 1/2 hours. but then all of a sudden it had no power, full throttle it would only go about 10 mile an hour. limp back to trailer and when we took it out we noticed the plugs were not in, so the craft had a lot of water in the hull. Figured this has happen to me before, had a exhaust pipe come lose and fill up the hull with water even more then was in the hull this time, got the water out quick and started it up on trailer, seem to rev up just fine. Figured I was all set, day was late, so we keep the seadoo on the trailer for the night. Took it back out in the morning again. this time double checking the plugs are in, but still does not seem to have any power in the water, only go 10 mph. put it back on trailer, then check the inlet grate, all clean, took out the spark plugs, plugs look normal, checked compression, both have about 130 to 140 PSI, about what they had when I did service on the unit last month.
just a note, since the service it has been in the water and run just fine for over 7 to 8 hours.
Any idea what is causing this.
Thanks
Rich
