Rebuild the carbs using mukino kit and now it sounds like jet ski is running on one cylinder. What could I have done wrong

What about the rest of the fuel system? Fuel selector valve and filter? Did you use new carb base gaskets when reinstalling? What's it idling at? How old are the plugs? Did you check pop-off when rebuilding the carbs?

I changed out all the grey fuel line, the fuel filter and the fuel selector. I put in new BR8ES plugs and trimed back the plug wires 1/4". In addition I put in a new rectifier . I just took the carbs apart again and everything looks correct. Mag side is set a 0 and 1.5 turns and the PTO side is set at 1/2 and 1.5 turns out. I am starting to think it may be a spark isses? All new gaskets with carb kit from OSB. It feels like a plug is followed out but I changed them and same thing.

Another thing I notice it would not rev about 4k on the trailer. I have the RPM set to about 2400 on the trailer right now. RAV valves also have been cleaned.

Does it idle ok? Have you tried running a bypass from the tank directly to the carb input? Just curious, how many hours do you have on it?

Yes idles and starts great. Ran it for about 5 minutes on the water. Could it have fuel vapor lock

put the carbs on and ran it in the water again. better but it sounds like it may be starving for gas. Could
i put the fule lines on wrong? Can anyone tell me were they all go from the fuel sending unit back so I can check?

I dont know when I'll be able to get to my skis at the moment but when I do I'll send you some pictures

Checked all the fuel lines and they are correct. Vent lines are also free. Should I start adjusting the high fuel screw on both carbs? PTO is at half turn and mag at 0. Feels like it is starving for gas

I had a similar problem with my GSX. In my case it would start and Idle ok but then bog down and stall with throttle. I narrowed it down by running a fuel line from the tank reserve to the carb input. Fuel input may be sucking air at some point.
