Did compression test just put new PRO-X piston an rings in about 3 mos ago
test then 147 in each .now test out 1cylinder 135 other 121
really hard to start and if you feather throttle sometimes you can get it going runs good at top end
what to check first??? take rotary valve off and check rings or you think carb problem???
put tcw3 oil in by mistake do you think that did anything lots of carbon on new pistons.

Id be checking your carb adjustments. And engine properly tuned shouldnt wear that bad that fast. Now keep in mind, different conditions can have different compression results. Also, keep the TC junk outta there. Is your oil pump set up right? Running too rich can be just as bad as running to lean for an engine.

warm engine compression test can be different compared to a cold engine compression test. Also, did you have it WOT when doing the test? That would also result in higher compression.

full of questions

hey guys thanks for your time
compression test was done cold WOT always ,took head off and piston walls look ok,took rotary valve off it look ok, plenty of oil around crank area, just wondering about PRO-X rings not as heavy has orignal??/
i guess iam taken off the jugs to check sides of pistons unless some one has abetter idea.how do i check for leaks ,but the compression gauge does not bleed off like if there was leak.
the thing i did not do when rebuilt was to add oil to gas on break in period but did had after 9 hrs dont know if got hot before this?//
