97 787 electrical plug

Removing engine from challenger,can`t get the electrical connector from the stator housing to release,been pushing the tab. Is there any tricks or am I missing something. Don`t want to break it.

As far as I know, there is no trick to it. Not sure why yours is giving you fits.

It might have some corrosion holding it in there. Try spraying some electrical anti-corrosion/lube on it.
