96xp issue weird

some of you know that my ski is doing weird thing, i checked the recitifier one day and it was way over 20v so i got a new on and same thing, so i swapped out the front eboxes and it stays in the same ski, also i unpluged everything that didnt need to be pluged in. i also swapped the wire that goes from the front ebox and to the rear ebox. Then my pickup went out and i got a new pickup stator and put it back together ive also swapped everything again and same problem, i also check everything in the other ski and its doing great, ive used the 2 dif volt meters and both are good and show good on the good ski so what else could it be? one weird thing i noticed today was that i turned on ski with the volt meter sitting there and it was getting reading, i did it to the other ski and nothing lol i tried it a couple times here is a video

Where are you testing the voltage? I cant watch the videos at home so I couldnt see.

Is the machine not running right? A stator will pump out a lot of voltage but the regulator will sort all that out and give the system what it needs.
